Current Opportunities
We are currently hiring for:
- Concrete labourers – Assist with site preparation, mixing, pouring, finishing, and clean-up. No experience needed — just a strong work ethic.
- Machinery operators – Operate diggers, rollers, bobcats, and other equipment. WTR license required, prior site experience preferred.
- Truck drivers – Deliver materials and equipment across Wellington. Class 2 or 4 license required.
- Site supervisors – Lead crews, manage safety compliance, and communicate with clients. Leadership experience essential.
- Project coordinators – Oversee scheduling, quoting, and client communication. Great for candidates with admin or project experience.
